Payment, written approval and verified access establish the agreed start. The seven calendar days go into implementation and checking the product against your expectations.

A deployed application, tested against your expectations. Miss the deadline or those expectations and the full development fee comes back.

Maintain keeps the agreed application working; Improve includes a scoped frontend change allowance; Evolve includes scoped full-stack changes. Unused allowances do not roll over. Your written proposal sets out the included service and full commitment.
